Where do you operate?We are based in Northamptonshire and cover all surrounding areas as well as London (additional charge may apply).

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?Yes, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling depending on availability.

How long do you need to set up?We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your event to set up everything smoothly.

How do I book a party?You can book directly through our website by completing our enquiry form with all the details for your event and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, give us a call or send us an email.

How long does a party session last?Parties typically last 2 hours, but we can adjust the time to suit your needs.
